TERMS & CONDITIONS for Member’s

Once you have completed the application process for membership at The Builders Club Dee Why, you will receive a letter to advise that your membership card and new membership pack is ready for collection from Club.

Upon collection of your card you will be required to present ID. This can be in the form of a current Drivers License, 18+ Card or Passport.

I hereby apply for new/renewed membership at The Builders Club Dee Why (The Club). I am over the age of 18 years and if accepted as a member, agree to abide by the Articles of Association and rules of the Club that may be in forced from time to time. The Club is committed to the privacy of your personal information such as your name, address, gender, etc supplied by you in your interaction with the Club under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Club will use the information to provide its facilities and services to you. The Club will only collect the personal information that is necessary for it to meet or fulfill its activities and functions. The Club will seek your consent before releasing your personal information, where lawful and practicable and will only disclose your personal information to a third party and for secondary purposes to the extent provided by the Privacy Act. The Club will put in place appropriate measure to safeguard your personal information. You have the right to know what type of information is held about you by The Club and also the right to access and correct your personal information. The Club supports the Clubs New South Wales Code of Privacy policy. If you choose not to give the required information, your request for Club membership and access to Club facilities and services may be denied.

The membership period runs from June to June. The Builders Club is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988. The personal information provided by you in this application will be used to process your membership application. Failure to provide all of the requested information may result in your application being rejected.

You have a right to access and correct any of your personal information that The Club holds. Your personal information, including information about you obtained as a result of you placing your membership card in a Gaming or other Club machine (not ATMs) may be used by The Club for marketing purposes to improve our services and to provide you with the latest information about these services, any new related services and/or promotions.

If you are an on-going member and have been receiving these offers and decide not to receive them any more, the Club will, upon your written request, take your name off the relevant mailing list.

Please be aware that if you do not renew your membership before the designated due date, any rewards points that have been accumulated on your membership card will be null and void.
