About the Group

Northern Beaches Cornhole was established in 2025 and is a local social sporting group based at The Builders Club, Dee Why.

Cornhole is a growing sport worldwide and is known for being inclusive, social and easy to learn. Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome — anyone can play, and anyone can win.

Come along, meet new people and enjoy a relaxed, social environment. You might even discover a new hobby along the way.

When We Play

Day: Tuesday nights
Time: From 6:45pm (competition starts at 7:00pm)
Location: The Builders Club, Dee Why

Getting Involved

There is no cost to participate, and new players are always welcome. All we ask is that participants respect the equipment and the venue.

The Game

Cornhole is a game of skill involving an underarm throw of beanbags towards a raised target board approximately 8.5 metres away. It’s easy to pick up and suitable for all levels — from beginners to experienced players.

Events & Competitions

Players have the opportunity to participate in Sydney-wide, NSW and national competitions through affiliations with recognised cornhole organisations.

These events are held throughout the year across locations including Sydney, Wollongong and Tweed Heads.

Community & Culture

Northern Beaches Cornhole is a friendly and welcoming group that enjoys both the social and competitive sides of the game.

The group regularly hosts casual gatherings and encourages new participants to join in and be
part of the community.

Membership

Participation is free.
Players are required to be financial members of The Builders Club. Optional equipment can be purchased through the group if desired, but this is not required.
