The Builders have 3 fabulous Function Rooms catering for up to 150 people. We can cater for all Business occasions, corporate functions, seminars, social club functions, birthday parties and weddings.

Large or small groups catered for in intimate partitioned rooms to suit your requirements.

Speaker systems and viewing projectors available to ensure your presentations receive full impact. Equipment available include the following:

  • digital projector
  • overhead and screen
  • TV
  • video
  • flip charts

We can set the rooms to your requirements.

Full bar facilities and a kitchen that caters for all occasions from finger food to full al la carte menus. Beer and wine menus available.

The Builders in the heart of Dee Why. Close to public transport. Central to all areas of the Northern Beaches. The obvious choice as a venue for all your requirements.

The Builders Club is the perfect place for your function. We will cater to all your needs. With excellent service and delicious food, the cocktail food menu is a delicious way to have a relaxing and casual night at The Builders Club. With a minimum of 50 people, you can select as many of the options below, paying the price of each selection per head.

To secure your booking, you are required to pay the Room Deposit* as soon as possible. Just $330 will ensure you keep the date you want. This deposit is used as your Room Hire, unless we cater for over 100 people which results in it being credited to your account. In addition to the Room Deposit a Room Security of $330.00 when booking the function. This will be credited to your account providing there is no damage to the room.

Room Hire is not included in the price. Room Hire is $330 for the night.

If we cater for over 100 guests, the Room Hire is waived.

Sick of beer, wine or soft drink? Why not have a bowl of punch. With many tantalizing flavours and varieties, at $55.00 each or punch is second to none.

Security is not compulsory but if you feel the need to have a guard on the entrance and patrolling your function during the night this can be arranged at your request and at a cost of $44.00 per hour.

When making a food selection there is a minimum charge of $15.00 per head.  These prices include chef and wait staff, to provide your guests with delicious food and second to none service making sure you can enjoy your night.

The food selected is served on silver platters with cocktail serviettes provided. Freshly Brewed Tea and Coffee will be served at no extra charge.

Remember, we are here to help and if you have any further questions about the menu, your selections, your setup or anything else please do not hesitate to call the office and clear up any confusion you may have.

*Room Deposit is refundable if notifcation of cancellation is given 3 days prior to the date of the function. Notice of cancellation much be given to the office. Ph 9971 1688. If not received three days prior to the date of the function then the deposit is not refundable.
